RIZIKI CLEANING SOLUTIONS INC. — TERMS OF SERVICE
Effective date: October 13, 2026
These Terms of Service govern bookings and cleaning services provided by Riziki Cleaning Solutions Inc. (“Riziki,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) in Gatineau, Québec, Ottawa, Ontario, and the surrounding areas where we accept bookings.
By submitting a booking request, accepting a quotation, or authorizing a service, you (“the Client” or “you”) acknowledge these terms, subject to applicable law and any additional written agreement.
1. Company Information
Business name: Riziki Cleaning Solutions Inc.
Website: https://rizikicleaningsolutions.com
Telephone: 819-303-6825
Email: rizikicleaningsolutions@gmail.com
2. Booking Requests and Confirmation
Submitting an online booking request does not automatically guarantee an appointment or constitute final acceptance of the requested service.
Your booking is confirmed only after Riziki provides written confirmation of the appointment, scope of work, applicable price, and any other conditions requiring agreement.
We may contact you to verify property details, discuss special requirements, clarify requested services, or revise an estimate before confirming the booking.
Clients are responsible for providing accurate information, including property size, number of bedrooms and bathrooms, occupancy, condition of the premises, access instructions, and requested add-ons.
If the information provided is materially inaccurate, we may propose a revised quotation or alternative service. We will obtain your agreement before proceeding with a material price increase or additional charge.
We reserve the right to decline a booking where reasonably necessary, subject to applicable law and any existing contractual obligations.
3. Services and Scope of Work
Riziki may provide standard cleaning, deep cleaning, move-in/move-out cleaning, office cleaning, post-construction cleaning, and other services expressly agreed upon.
Only the tasks included in the accepted service description or written quotation are included in the price.
Additional services, including oven cleaning, refrigerator cleaning, interior cabinet cleaning, interior windows, blinds, laundry, dishwashing, excessive pet-hair removal, and other specialized tasks, may incur additional charges.
Clients must request additional work before or during the appointment and obtain our agreement regarding availability and price.
We do not guarantee the complete removal of permanent stains, discoloration, scratches, mold, mildew, mineral deposits, odors, grease buildup, or damage that cannot reasonably be corrected through the agreed cleaning process.
Cleaning is not a substitute for restoration, repair, pest control, mold remediation, hazardous-material removal, or other specialized services unless expressly agreed and legally permitted.
Post-construction cleaning excludes hazardous materials, asbestos, lead contamination, and other regulated substances unless specifically contracted through an appropriately qualified provider.
4. Estimates, Prices, and Additional Charges
Prices are based on the information supplied by the Client and the agreed scope of work.
The final price may depend on property size, condition, accessibility, service type, frequency, selected add-ons, and the time and resources reasonably required.
A quotation may be revised when the actual property or requested work materially differs from the information provided. We will explain the proposed change and obtain your approval before undertaking additional chargeable work.
Travel, parking, special equipment, supplies, or other additional costs will be disclosed and agreed upon where applicable.
Applicable taxes will be shown where required by law. A price advertised to consumers will be presented in accordance with applicable pricing and disclosure requirements.
5. Payment Terms
Payment must be made using the payment method and deadline communicated in the accepted quotation, invoice, or booking confirmation.
We may require advance payment or a deposit where disclosed and lawfully agreed before the booking is finalized.
For recurring services, the payment schedule will be communicated in writing. A recurring appointment does not authorize undisclosed or unlimited charges.
If payment is overdue, we may send a payment reminder and suspend future appointments where legally permitted. Any interest, administrative charge, collection expense, or other amount claimed must be lawful, disclosed where required, and contractually authorized.
We reserve the right to pursue lawful remedies for unpaid invoices. We do not guarantee that an unpaid balance will qualify for collection-agency placement or credit-bureau reporting.
If a payment is disputed, the Client should contact us promptly with the invoice number and explanation. Nothing in this section removes statutory payment, cancellation, refund, or dispute rights.
6. Cancellations, Rescheduling, and Missed Appointments
Please notify us as soon as possible if you need to cancel or reschedule.
Our requested notice period is at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment.
Where a cancellation or missed appointment causes a demonstrable loss, a cancellation charge may apply only where permitted by law, properly disclosed, and agreed in advance. We will not impose a charge prohibited by applicable consumer-protection legislation.
Different cancellation and refund rules may apply to contracts concluded online, recurring service agreements, deposits, and services already commenced. Mandatory legal cancellation and refund rights take precedence over these terms.
If we need to cancel or reschedule, we will contact you to arrange an alternative appointment or address any applicable refund.
7. Client Responsibilities and Property Access
The Client must:
Provide accurate property and contact information.
Ensure we can safely and lawfully access the premises at the agreed time.
Secure valuables, cash, jewelry, confidential documents, and fragile personal items.
Inform us of delicate surfaces, specialty finishes, known damage, relevant cleaning restrictions, and areas requiring special care.
Provide working utilities, including water and electricity, where required for the agreed service.
Secure pets and disclose any known safety concerns.
Ensure that the premises are reasonably accessible and safe for our team.
If we cannot enter the property, utilities are unavailable, or the premises are unsafe or materially different from the agreed conditions, we may pause, modify, or decline the affected work. Any resulting charge will be assessed only as permitted by law and the agreed contract.
8. Pets, Children, and Household Safety
Clients must secure animals that may bite, scratch, escape, interfere with equipment, or otherwise present a safety risk.
Please disclose known animal aggression, pest infestations, bodily-fluid hazards, or other conditions that could expose workers to injury or illness.
Children and other occupants should remain clear of wet floors, cleaning equipment, and products while work is in progress.
Riziki may stop work if an immediate safety concern arises. We will communicate the issue and discuss reasonable next steps.
The Client remains responsible for supervising their pets and household occupants. However, nothing in these terms automatically transfers liability for our own negligence or other liability imposed by law.
9. Cleaning Products and Surface Compatibility
We select cleaning products and methods appropriate to the agreed service, taking reasonable care to follow product instructions and applicable safety requirements.
Clients must disclose surfaces requiring special treatment, including natural stone, unsealed wood, delicate fabrics, specialty coatings, and manufacturer-specific restrictions.
Where a Client requests a particular product or cleaning method, we may decline if we reasonably believe it is unsafe or unsuitable.
No cleaning method can guarantee compatibility with every surface. We are not responsible for pre-existing deterioration or damage caused by an undisclosed defect or an incompatible product specifically required by the Client, to the extent permitted by law. This does not exclude liability for our own negligence or other legally non-excludable responsibility.
10. Pre-Existing Damage and Belongings
Clients should document any existing damage, stains, loose fixtures, fragile items, or surface deterioration before the appointment and notify us of concerns.
Please secure valuable or irreplaceable items before cleaning begins.
If you believe our team has caused damage or loss, notify us promptly at rizikicleaningsolutions@gmail.com or 819-303-6825. Include the service date, property address, description of the concern, and photographs if available.
We will review the report and respond reasonably. Prompt notification helps with investigation, but it does not automatically eliminate rights where notice is delayed or a legal deadline applies.
Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.
11. Satisfaction and Service Concerns
If you are dissatisfied with an aspect of the agreed cleaning service, contact us as soon as reasonably possible, preferably within 24 hours of completion.
Please identify the specific area or task concerned and provide photographs where practical.
We may inspect the concern and, where appropriate, offer a reasonable opportunity to correct an incomplete task or agree on another suitable resolution.
A re-cleaning, price adjustment, or refund is not automatic in every circumstance and will depend on the facts, the contract, and applicable law.
This procedure does not limit any statutory rights or applicable limitation periods.
12. Insurance and Liability
Riziki represents its insurance status only to the extent of the coverage actually maintained and applicable to the relevant work. Proof of insurance may be requested.
We will handle claims of property damage, loss, or injury in accordance with the facts, our insurance arrangements, the applicable contract, and the law.
To the extent permitted by law, neither party will be liable for indirect or consequential losses that are not legally recoverable under the circumstances.
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, gross fault where applicable, negligence where exclusion is prohibited, or any other liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited.
13. Health Hazards and Unsafe Conditions
Clients must disclose known hazards that could materially affect safe performance, including significant mold growth, needles, bodily fluids, pest infestations, chemical contamination, unstable structures, and hazardous construction debris.
We may refuse or suspend work involving conditions outside our agreed service scope, training, equipment, or legal authorization.
Any additional remediation must be separately agreed upon and performed by an appropriately qualified provider where required.
14. Recurring Services and Service Changes
Recurring appointments are subject to the frequency, price, scope, and payment arrangements agreed in writing.
Clients should notify us of requested changes to appointment frequency, property access, or service requirements.
We will communicate proposed material changes to price or service scope before they take effect and obtain any consent required by law.
Recurring service agreements may be cancelled in accordance with their written terms and applicable legislation. Any statutory right to terminate without a fee takes precedence.
15. Photographs and Marketing
We will not publish identifiable photographs of a Client’s home, personal belongings, or other identifiable personal information for marketing without appropriate permission.
Photographs may be requested to assess a cleaning concern, document pre-existing conditions, or process a damage report. We will handle these images in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable law.
16. Independent Contractors and Personnel
Riziki may use employees, authorized personnel, or appropriately engaged contractors to perform services, subject to applicable law and contractual obligations.
We remain responsible for our obligations to the Client under the applicable agreement and law.
17. Complaints and Disputes
Please contact us first so we can attempt to resolve the concern fairly and promptly.
Email: rizikicleaningsolutions@gmail.com
Telephone: 819-303-6825
Nothing in these terms prevents a Client from contacting a consumer-protection authority, privacy regulator, insurer, or court with appropriate jurisdiction.
18. Privacy
Personal information collected during booking, payment, service delivery, and complaint handling is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy:
https://rizikicleaningsolutions.com/privacy-policy/
19. Governing Law
These terms are subject to the laws applicable to the transaction and the location where the services are provided, including applicable Québec or Ontario legislation.
Nothing in these terms removes mandatory consumer protections or prevents a court with appropriate jurisdiction from hearing a dispute.
20. Amendments and Severability
We may update these terms for future bookings by publishing a revised version with an updated effective date. Changes to an existing agreement will be handled in accordance with its terms and applicable law.
If a provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue to apply to the extent legally permitted.
